Part Time Administrative Assistant Position Open:
St. Hyacinth has an opening for an experience part-time administrative-assistant (20 hours per week) in the parish office. The position requires, intermediate to advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office, experience in producing materials, documents, flyers, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, data entry accuracy, good written and oral communications skills. Additional duties include answering phones, email and in-person inquiries from the pastor, parish employees, and visitors. Additional requirements: high school diploma or equivalent and must be legal US resident Applicants must complete Virtus training and undergo a background check upon hiring.
